Well it did some damage...got the estimate today and almost fainted. $18,630 dollars.

And this doesn't have anything to do with the skylights which need repair. Home ownership-gotta love it!

WOW! That's harsh! And I've been complaining over my central air unit... yes, mother nature sucks. She's the reason I am in Richmond soaking in David's AC. I lost power again the other night, in case you were wondering. No AC is bad enough, but even worse when it's 100 degrees and you cannot even plug in a fan. YUCK!

Good luck on the roof. I'm sorry mother nature hit so hard. How much is going to be covered from the insurance?
