Their catalog's have some wonderful receipes like this one...

Fresh Tomatoe Salad
* 2 lbs. tomatoes–about 6 medium
* 1 sweet onion, very thinly sliced (optional)
* 8 oz. bacon–about 10 slices (optional)
* 8 oz. package Feta cheese, crumbled
* 2 TB. GREEK SEASONING
* 2 TB. water
* 1/2 Cup olive oil
* 1/4 Cup balsamic or red wine vinegar
* 2 TB. honey
* 1 TB. Dijon-style mustard

Linda's sister wants to visit here so we are going today (Monday) for a visit. I plan to pick up the Greek Spice (I forgot it the last time).
