08/21/2006: "Two weekend projects..."

We had a cam light in the den (ugly), we replaced it with this light. We also started scrapping the cottage cheese off the bathroom to see how it went. Came off pretty good but clean up was hard. We went and got lots of drop clothes and will work some more. Kris- we can use your expertise- we have a "BIG" house.

Yep I bought a lot of drop clothes and a shop vac Hate to tell you but there is no easy way of doing it. I would remove all accessories too - I had white powder everywhere for weeks - police would have thought I was dealing or something! Good luck!

You are gluttons for punishment!! Actually, I know you wanted to do this- good job for not starting with the biggest room in the house, in case you decide it just isn't worth the mess or aggrevation!! Good luck- keep posting your progress!
