01/19/2007: "One for Nana, since she wanted to see the poncho"

This was taken at the Wapatki Ruins. My mom is sporting her luxurious Indian "horse blanket" poncho that she purchased for $30 at the swapmart. We all thought she was silly, but she was the warmest of everyone at the Grand Canyon... Beth and I had to find other ways to stay warm (pictures to come).

I AM the "Farley" and have an image to uphold (with a nickname like Farley!!!) All kidding aside, we had a GREAT trip despite the loss of our cats when we got home. You all can kid about my horse blanket but that thing kept me toasty warm. Thank you C for a really memorable fun trip. I love you.

I love the hat and the poncho- guess I'll have to go get me one of them there outfits. Your gloves are cute too. Glad you all had fun.

Doesn't she look like she could ride next to Clint Eastwood? I think in Kim's next life she will be a cowgirl. Love the picture. Mom
