02/09/2007: "And the resumes are off..."

I've started sending out the resumes, but it's a time consuming project by the time you research a company and think of the perfect opening paragraph for my cover letter. I did my first 14 today. Tomorrow I will tackle the remainder of the stack (yes I printed out 40 jobs to apply to).

Beth- this looks great. I did review it while you were on vacation and forgot to get back to you, but I was very impressed. I will keep my feelers out to see if any of my contacts have anything. Also, I may have people who would want a single web site, so if you are doing that now, let me know, I might have a few jobs to throw your way.

Very nice site!!! You're so good! But you did not take my advice on your resume... sell yourself! Talk about the fact that the traffic grew on the wine trail due to your designed brochure! You need to add things like that to put yourself above the average applicant.
