04/27/2007: "Say lots of prayers"

Linda's sister Joann had a Pet scan this week that confirmed (90%) that she has cancer. She will get the biopsy this week to find out what type, what stage and the prognosis. It is looking like it started in the lungs. This showed up back in December but that Doctor choose to do NOTHING (asshole). Linda is very sad and this will be a very difficult time for her so please keep her in your prayers. Thanks.

Tuesday- they discovered she has gout in her fingers and toes- everything but what we are looking for. Don't know if this is good or bad?

After todays Cat Scan we have up to 5 masses in the right breast, kidney and gall stones- they have still not used the "C" word and she has appointments Tuesday and Wednesday. Will keep you all posted.
Linda came home tonight in tears- this is just hard and going to get harder I'm afraid.
