05/03/2007: "Say a prayer..."

“Pray as though everything depended on God.
Work as though everything depended on you.”

Kelly spent Tuesday to Wednesday in the hospital. She has an infection (ecoli?), fever and the doctors wanted her to spend the night. She is on medication and home now but say a prayer for a fast recovery.

Oh wow, Kelly. You cannot seem to catch a break with you health lately! I hope that you are doing much better now! And I hope the cysts do not turn out to be something bad. My prayers and love are being sent your way... and def. stay away from whatever it is that go you sick. That's scary! Love you!

E coli? That's scarey! Are you eating bad peanut butter or spinach?? We hope you get better soon and we are sending our well wishes and love.

Thanks Karen and Linda...needless to say haven't been on here much as much going on between two jobs and being sick. It was an Ecoli (bacterial) infection that started in my bladder and moved very fast to my kidney as I have an acute left kidney infection. They did a CT scan to make sure I didn't have kidney stones and thank god because the pain from this was enough for me that I couldn't imagine the pain from the stones. They did also discovery from the scan that I have two cyst on my ovary that really need to be looked at so that is the next thing once I am feeling a little better to get to my gyno...freakin never ending with my health lately and had more blood work before I left the hospital yesterday for my B12 to see what a month of treatment did....

Again thanks for the prayers as mine have been with the two of you and your family. Hang in there and know that I think of you both every day and I am sure it is overwhelming....
