A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE...CURRENTLY CENTERED ACROSS THE LOWER
MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY HAS TRAPPED HOT AND HUMID AIR ACROSS THE MID
SECTION OF THE COUNTRY. THIS AIRMASS IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN PLACE
FOR AT LEAST THE NEXT FOUR DAYS ALLOWING THE HEAT TO BUILD UP ACROSS
THE REGION. THIS WILL RESULT IN THE HEAT INDEX READINGS DURING THE
AFTERNOON TO REACH AT OR ABOVE 105 DEGREES FOR SEVERAL HOURS.

All I can say is-it's HOT! I would like to follow Delaney and do a handstand in a pool.

Heat index in the 100s for us too, it really sucks. Looking forward to a cool NY breeze this weekend.

It's hot here but not like that! Don't try doing a lot outside as that is dangerous. Drink a lot......Mom
