02/17/2008: "Another busy week..."

* Kameron is playing in a tournament all weekend
* The Carroll's are in North Carolina where Delaney is adopting two new sisters
* Sarah is making us all proud! (see post below) Not a little but a lot PROUD!
* La is feeling better- amazing what drugs can do (antibiotics), Linda has something now
* You should hear Kelsie cheer on a team- she knows the lingo- 20 minutes she rallied her team (a game she was playing)- Nana informed me she has heard her daddy a lot lately as they go to many games.
* Nana & Poppy are getting new carpet at the condo- going to visit Kevin Michael while it is put in
* Going to snow AGAIN in Kansas City (4+ inches, is the snow blower are blessing or a curse? Maybe we brought the snow because the God's wanted us to get our money's worth!)
* Kelsie has stopped biting her nails- it was more important to be able to put on finger nail polish- she looks marvelous!
* Beth is getting ready to move...again...keep it up and you will beat my record!
* What's up with you?

Kay, somehow I missed you guys. I wasn't sure wat day you guys would get in and I didn't hear anything. I talked to La the other day and she said you guys were only here for a quick visit and had already left, so hopefully next time I will get to see you. I am bummed I didn't get to love on that Laney, but if you guys move then I will get all the lovin I can! I would love to be that person for Laney that you were for me growing up! I have been bummed that I couldn't with being so far away. I need someone to teach origami, and collect beauty rocks, etc. I hope that chance comes along! I am keeping my fingers crossed!

David and I had plans Sunday to celebrate our Valentine's and went and had 1-hour hot rock massages! Can I just say it was FABULOUS! And we got free complimentary champagne for Valentine's week! It was awesome. Other than that, my computer at home is busted... beyond repair I think (I have tried everything), so I have not been able to get on from home.

Had a great time in Charlotte this weekend. Very relaxing time with Kris and the girls. Bob took the Charlotte Firefighter's test, Kay relaxed with wine in a juice box, and Delaney and Buffett enjoyed Mattie, along with the Hannah Montana Movie. Looking for jobs down there. Bob is one month into his EMT Certification, hopes to be licensed in mid-May. Delaney is busy with Dance and ice skating. She keeps her parents young. Kay is busy with work, taking care of the family, and trying to stay healthy. Three weeks until Splash Lagoon.

Kate is in Florida with Shaun and his family. Yes she went to the Daytona 500 and made the Bucket List before her mother (jealous of that)and having the time of her life. Sarah well we won't go there, as she is going above and betyond, and Nick just got a new vehicle A Jeep Liberty and loving it. And me have enjoyed being a parent and taking time off from two jobs but won't last as as I would like but for winter was good, many more responsibilities coming up so will start looking for job two again soon....within next month. But the Bailey's are hanging in there and doing good!

Just really looking forward to this week ahead. We are off from school and will be seeing Spiderwick and Kam wants to go bowling and have friends over. Kam's team won both of their tourney games yesterday. He has a game this Saturday at home and then the following weekend has another weekend tournament. Kenny will be busy with a Sectional game Tuesday night against Bolivar Richburg. Enjoy your wek everybody!

I think Erin still has me beat on number of moves... mostly because I got to stay in my college apartment for all 3 years and she has to move at the beginning and end of every summer. I'm still competing with her with making my dad tired! Just trying to keep him in shape ;)
