05/27/2008: "Busy weekend...Busier week"

* Well we finished planting all our pots with plants- the wagon that JoAnn gave us is filled with flowers and herbs (not shown here) but it looks much nicer.
* We put down mulch on the back garden
* When we lifted the hot tub- we found Herman under the lid- glad he is back, this is like the 4th year (I'm sure it is a decedent but still glad he is here)
* Not much of a Memorial Day- Linda worked and I prepared a new syllabus for my class at UMKC which starts tomorrow. This should be fun- work at Park Hill from 7:30-4:00 and then teach from 5:00- 9:00.
* Currently have 6 clients from the court and teach Saturday- long weeks...
* Quite around here...

I love the cart! that is cool. I have a new one too but is about 1/10 that size. We planted flowers, mulched, mowing, cleaning. I'm always so glad when we get all the planting done and the urns are at the cemetary. I would like to see Lulu in a go cart! You go girl!!! Good weekend. Mom

I need to take some pictures of how we have been keeping busy- We cleaned our garage, still not finished, but- HUGE improvement, cleaned the sheds, planted flowers in our new garden, Bob and Delaney planted a plum tree. Took a break and played minature golf and raced Go-Karts. Delaney loves to race go-karts. Once with Dad (official called Mario Andretti by fellow people on the track) and once with Mom (not as fast as Dad, but as Delaney says- "You're Toast!") It was a lot of fun. Oh and Delaney lots of fun playing with her friends- she has made a new one up the street who is the same age, will be going to Kindergarten in the Fall and smiles as much as she does- her name is CC (Stands for Crazy Caroline).
