08/28/2008: "What's Happening..."

* Our bathroom is gutted and work begins today to tile, put in new vanity, top and stool.
* The Carroll's are soaking up sunshine at Myrtle Beach
* Nana & Poppy are trying to open a restaurant- how cool is that!
* Erin and David move into the house today
* School will start soon in New York
* What's up with you...?

The restaurant will open on September 13. Pray for us that it will go good. We did decide to open for breakfast and lunch. I'm not worried that people will come, I worry that we won't be able to take care of all that come. People are really excited. Next Friday we are having a dinner for all the people that helped us get to this place to say thank you. Should be fun. I feel these people are family now. The family, she is a growin! That's it. Mom

Sorry we have not sent pics but i will. We bought a new car, a Buick Rendezvous (cream with a gold toned bottom detail.) C worked on the Extreme Home Make-Over House in Geneva. The show will air in late October or early November. (My celeb hubby!) We leave Sept. 2 for Las Vegas and will drive to Utah to Bryce Canyon and Monument Valley. When we get home from Utah and NV. we will be soon heading to N.C. to help Erin and David with their house. Oh yeah i had a wisdom tooth removed. Ouch!
