10/07/2008: "Well it's OFFICAL AGAIN!!! House is now on the market as of today!"

Well wish me well! Sign went up in front of the house today. Realitors email to me this afternoon

Hi Kelly, We got in and got all the pictures, put the sign up and grabbed the paperwork. there are 2 forms you missed so I left them and I can grab tommorrow. Could we show the house at 4:30pm and 5:30pm tommorrow?

The only thing I didnt do was check the new key to make sure it worked.....or was it an old key?? I put a lock box on and we are rolling. House looks great! We are going to have good luck with it! It shows really nice!

So.......tad nervous if it goes fast as I don't know where I am going! Phewwwwwwwww going to try and make this fun and adventureous instead of STRESSFUL! Will send a link once they have it on the Century 21 website. Would add a picture to post but don't see anywhere to do that??? Will send to Karen and hopefully she can add.

Look at change this way Kelly - imagine if you never changed your underwear - UGH - see change is good!!! Besides you may end up in the sunny places!

Hang in there- it will get stressful, but keeping a positive attitude will certainly help. Hopefully it will happen at the right time so you can figure things out without having it hanging over your head. Chin up! Another phase of your life is changing- I think the best is yet to come.

I love your attitude- to stay positive is not always easy but I'm glad you are seeing the good in all this. Change can be hard but our warrior woman is strong!
