10/18/2008: "Furniture in..."

MP_Peninsula (88k image)

Well we had the furniture delivered today- we went from an L shaped single desk to what they call a peninsula desk so it can now accommodate two. It also is much more decorative and gives the room a much nicer feel. We also put in two matching bookshelves . This new look came with scraping the ceiling, painting the walls, shampooing the carpets putting in a new baseboard, ceiling trim and new closet doors. I can't take pictures as my camera is packed away in a bin as the room is not totally put back together. We will take pictures when we get done.

WOW!!! That is really nice and I cannot wait to see it in the room. And I know how it feels to have thing spacked away and cannot use (or find). It is rather frustrating and every time we try to find somethign we need, we can't locate it. Ahhh, someday my life will be peaceful again.

That is a very nice looking piece of furniture. I'll bet the room looks great and you will feel very comfortable in there. Mom
