02/08/2009: "Father Daughter Dance..."

fatherdaughter (142k image)

Saturday, Delaney and Bob went to dinner and a Father-Daughter Dance. Daddy got her a new dress, she got some new jewels, a corsage and a new up-do...she was the Bell of the Ball!

Where is my little girl? Grown into a beautiful young lady who looks so pretty with her daddy. I'm glad you had fun. Thanks for sharing the pictures!

OMG!!! Isn't she all grown up here! Holy cow! She looks gorgeous! And red is a great color for her too! Wow! And Bob, you clean up pretty nice too! I love that you have a matching tie... two cute!

She looks so grown up. I bet they had the time of their lives. I hope Bob danced every dance. Let's hope this is the first of many father daughter events and throw in some Mom and daughter too. You are just our little princess and we love you. Nana

Laney Lou my goodness how grown up you have become. You are a lucky girl and your Dad (and Mom) are even luckier!

PRICELESS is the word!

While I do have to say she is growing up too fast, she was beautiful! Every single head turned at the restaurant, and the girls at the dance didn't stand a chance! Talk about Dad being proud! She taught me a couple of new dances, and I taught her the TWIST, as seen in the bottom picture.
